Aquascience was founded as an independent company, building upon the extensive expertise, procedures, and processes originally developed by Aquascience Consultants. While Aquascience Consultants pioneered industry-leading water quality solutions, Aquascience has evolved to meet current water and wastewater management challenges, offering specialized services tailored to today’s industry demands.

In the 1990s, Kerry Crossley, founder of Aquascience Consultants, played a pioneering role in shaping water quality standards for recreational water facilities. Kerry’s expertise led to the development of water quality monitoring programs, compliance frameworks, and chemical advisory services. As a recognized leader in the industry, Kerry contributed to the development of recreational water guidelines, served as the lead water quality expert at the Sydney 2000 Olympics, lead scientist in the manufacturing of various chemicals and treatment technologies in the recreational water industry. Kerry’s work not only improved safety and compliance but also helped establish best practices that continue to influence the industry today.

As demand for specialized expertise in recreational water quality grew, Aquascience Consultants expanded its focus to:
